Afrikana Best Sounds is an independent African music and digital culture project. It provides music discovery, YouTube playlists, Singles, Long Plays, Shorts, WebRadios and sharing features.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Afrikana Best Sounds mobile application, Afrikana Radio services, the website app.afrikanabestsounds.com and related sharing pages.

Afrikana Best Sounds does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal data through the mobile application.

The application is designed mainly for music discovery, WebRadio listening, playlist browsing, YouTube content access, MP3 downloads, favorites, listening history and sharing features.

Favorites, listening history, preferences and downloaded MP3 files are stored locally on the user's device. They are not sent to Afrikana Best Sounds servers and can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the application.

When users share content, the application may generate or open a technical sharing link. Afrikana Best Sounds does not record private exchanges between users, does not store conversations between users and does not provide an in-app messaging system.

If a user chooses to contact Afrikana Best Sounds through a contact form or by email, the information provided voluntarily by the user is used only to answer the request.
